This amber set is designed with a heart shape, though the amber piece is cut so it shows in only 1/2 of the heart. The frames for both the earrings and the pendant are cast from sterling silver. These silver castings form half the heart shape, and are decorated with many small cut-out heart shapes. The casting is a two-dimensional design that allows the amber to be clasped within it, forming the other half of the heart.

These are post earrings, with an interesting-looking bale that extends from the top of the heart. Wires are sterling silver as well. The chain on the pendant is a fine snake chain, and measures 18 inches long.
